What is a user?

A user refers to an email address added to your BlackCurve account within Active Users. In all our plans, you have the ability to create your own user groups, and manage what functionality each user group can see or edit. Each plan comes with a set number of users included, and you can add extra users at any time.

 

Do I need to pay for a year up front?

BlackCurve contracts are billed annually by default. We’ve found that customers who can commit to a full year of using BlackCurve will be more successful at pricing in the long run. It also enables us to continually invest in improving the technology, as well as ensuring we can dedicate suitable time to supporting you on your pricing journey.

 

How does a free trial work?

Free trials provide you with a full version of the Enterprise Plan for thirty days. You’ll get the full experience of the depth and breadth of the BlackCurve software, so you know exactly what you’re getting when you become a BlackCurve customer.

 

WHAT IS A Product or service?

A product or service refers to any item which you wish to apply a price against. Where it is a physcial product, companies may refer to this as an individual Stock Keeping Unit (SKU). Another way to look at it is every row that you add to your Product Inventory within the BlackCurve Data Management module.

 

Do I need the required setup?

Yes. All new BlackCurve customers need to buy the setup services. Pricing is about much more than just using a bunch of software; it’s about transforming your business. That’s much easier to do with the personal support of our passionate pricing consultants, and will enable you to start reaping the rewards of smarter pricing far quicker. Time is literally money!

 

What If I need more users or Products?

BlackCurve pricing is designed to scale with the size of your business. You can add extra users or additional products to your plan at anytime, or downgrade at the end of your contract period.
